Japanese town's dog tax to pay for poo

Love them or loathe them, there's no getting away from the fact that dogs aren't the tidiest of pets. And for one town leader in Japan, things have gone quite far enough.

Hiroyasu Chiyomatsu, head of Izumisano, in central Japan, has announced a new dog tax to pay for the clean up of dog poo.
