PM to slash housing benefits for under-25s

David Cameron is to moot slashing benefits for feckless families and young people as he warns the welfare system is causing deep social divisions.

In a major speech on a core Tory issue, the Prime Minister is to suggest stripping housing benefit from the under-25s and forcing them to live with their parents.
