Lloyds U-turn on pet cover 'cancellation'

A shamed Lloyds has agreed to renew pet insurance policies - up to 4,000 pet owners are affected - that it tore up suddenly last year.

Lloyds is now writing to pet owners with either Halifax or Lloyds TSB cover which had previously been withdrawn. Despite the fact that Lloyds had sold the insurance as 'lifetime' cover in some cases.
