Foster's shareholders back takeover

Foster's shareholders have approved brewing giant SABMiller's 10.1 billion dollars (£6.58bn) takeover bid for the Australian company.

Foster's said more than 99% of shareholder votes cast at a meeting in Melbourne supported the deal.
