North East luckiest in Lotto

The North East of England has topped a National Lottery league table of "millionaire hotspots", with Wales a close second, according to Camelot. A study mapped the areas for all 2,715 overnight millionaires created since the game was launched in 1994, with the two locations coming out on top.
