'Corporation tax cuts don't create jobs'

Low rates of corporation tax do not create jobs but they do increase the burden on ordinary taxpayers. That's the view of TUC chief Brendan Barber (right) after the publication of a new report on corporate tax policy compiled by the union organisation and tax researcher Richard Murphy.
