Groomers have seen pretty much everything. And that includes the *ahem* creative names that people have come up with for their pets. One groomer, What The Fluff in Michigan, are sharing the absolute best of dog names they've come across in a video online. And some of them are too good to be ignored.

Sydney, who runs the company, made a compilation of the best names she's seen.

It certainly helps that many of these doggos are absolutely adorable, but some of these names are pretty darn out there. Take the first dog she showed in the footage for example. It's actually not so strange but does seem like a deeply silly dog name — Chad. Just Chad. Can you imagine calling out for Chad at the dog park?

Richard is another doggy name that really cracked the groomer up. Some other hysterical names they've seen; Minky Moon, Beebop, Pia Polka Dot, and Goose.

"The list could go on… but here are some of our favs!" they wrote in the caption.

People in the comments section were positively rolling over the doggy names. "I love aggressively human names for dogs," wrote one person. "But Chad looks like a Chad!" someone else exclaimed. "Richard is perfect!" a third person cheered. "All the names fit them perfectly," agreed one person.

Other Hilarious Dog Names

Other people in the comments section shared their own creative dog names. "I have a Dachshund named Sammich but we call her Sammie," wrote one commenter. "Just met a Cane Corso this week named Alfred Pennyworth," someone else shared. "I have a Scottish Yorkie Terrier and his name is Scrappy Doo," a third person added. "I work at a pet store and one of our regulars is a Corgi named Sawbone Von Berkenstein," one person chimed in. "We have a Pit mix come in named Hamster and a little snaggletooth BOY named Ugly Betty (rip)," a commenter wrote.

Trendy Dog Names

If you're looking for dog names that are a little less off the beaten path, you might want to take a look at the some trending dog names.

For male dogs names like Sawyer, Jack, Hudson, Finn, Emerson, Bear, Puppy, Max, Kai, and Cooper have been very popular for the last few years.

As for girl dogs, winners have been Elsa, Bella, Stella, Quinn, Sophie, Ivy, Charlie, Aurora, Avery, and Lila. Any of these names would be perfect, but interestingly many of these monikers are human names! We guess not everyone wants to name their dog Pia Polka Dot, huh?
