Lorry left hanging off motorway bridge after M25 crash

Video captures the aftermath of a crash on the M25 that left a lorry hanging off a motorway bridge.

Footage shows the HGV crashed into the side of the motorway barrier with part of its trailer and several wheels hanging off the bridge.

Sarah Hamer, 39, was travelling with her family when they spotted the horrific crash.

Sarah said: "As far as we could see, the front of the lorry had impact marks.

"The motorway was closed from the Darenth interchange.

''Obviously there was quite a few police in attendance and ambulances.

"It was really shocking to see."

There were at least six miles of tailbacks caused by the crash but thankfully no serious injuries were reported.
