Lorraine Kelly criticises Baldwin family

Lorraine Kelly has criticised Alec Baldwin and his family after they posted pictures of themselves dressed up on Halloween after the tragic death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

"Parenting through this has been an intense experience," Hilaria Baldwin wrote on Instagram. "Today, we rallied to give them a holiday. Last min costumes… a little hodge-podge… but they were so happy and that warmed my mama heart."

Kelly said she found the decision to post the pictures "very bizarre".

Entertainment reporter Ross King was in agreement. "The idea we believe is to try and regain some form of normality. Again, it’s such a strange one."

Kelly added: "It's horrendous, absolutely horrendous, just so terribly sad.

"But as far as the photo and all of that go, she can do that and they can do their Halloween, of course they can, but they don’t necessarily need to share it I guess at this particular time."
