  • Get the kids windsurfing on a villa holiday in Sardinia. Essential Italy has teamed up with expert sea-farers to teach windsurfing, kite-surfing and sailing to families with children from the age of five. Short or longer intensive courses are available, with prices ranging from €100 for a two-day windsurfing workshop to €300 for a five-day course for guests staying near Porto Rafael on Sardinia.   • Ground anchors, bouldering, holding falls... Your kids will be teaching you a thing or two about all these terms after a week's Climbing Adventure with PGL at Boreatton Park in Shropshire or Osmington Bay in Dorset.
