  • The river cruise specialists eWaterways (ewaterways.co.uk) recently announced the launch of four naturist cruises taking place in Croatia in 2012 on a small fleet of motor sailing ships. Island hopping cruises along the stunning Adriatic coastline remain the most popular way to experience Croatia's diverse landscape. Choose from two different itineraries, both of which offer plenty of opportunities for guests to be 'as nature intended' while on board, with clothes required only when in port and during meal times.

  • Haulover Beach in Miami is a 1.4 mile-long beachfront park with a 0.4 mile designated clothing-optional area that was established by South Florida Free Beaches in 1991. Check out their Nude Year Party planned for New Year's Eve - a three-day two-night beach festival - billed as the most extreme thing to do for New Year's Eve in the world!

  • The UK's first public naturist beach opened in 1980. Within easy walking distance of central Brighton, Brighton Naturist Beach (also known as Cliff Bathing Beach) is approximately 1 mile east of Brighton Pier towards the Marina, at the end of the main beach. Large banks of pebbles provide some seclusion and public notices mark where the beach begins. You can also take the Volks Electric Railway to Blackrock station. From there the beach is a short walk.

  • This privately-owned commercial naturist park (www.naturist.co.nz) is in Wairau Valley, Marlborough; a region of spectacular scenic beauty, blessed with high sunshine hours, crystal clear waterways, native bush tracks and majestic mountains - all within easy reach of world-renowned wineries and gourmet delights.
