- 300 g (10 oz) Greek black olives
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon thyme or marjoram
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pinch of salt
Pit the olives and place in a salad bowl.
Mix the garlic with the olives.
Add the herbs, oil and salt and mix well.
Serve well chilled.
