Peach, Apple & Strawberry Lollies

- 7–8 minutes, plus freezing
- 2 peaches, peeled, stoned and cut into chunks
- 300 ml (½ pint) water
- 1 red apple, peeled
- 125 g (4 oz) strawberries, hulled
Place the peaches in a blender and whiz until smooth. Add one-third of the measured water and divide evenly between 4 lolly moulds. Freeze until just set.
Chop the apples into even-sized chunks and juice them. Add one-third of the water and pour on top of the frozen peach mixture, then freeze until just set.
Hull the strawberries and juice them. Add the remainder of the water and pour on top of the frozen apple mixture, then freeze until set.
