Melon, Blackberry & Kiwifruit Juice
- 100 g (3½ oz) cantaloupe melon
- 2 kiwifruit
- 100 g (3½ oz) fresh or frozen blackberries, plus extra to serve
- 100 ml (3½ fl oz) apple juice
- 2—3 ice cubes
Cut the melon into cubes but do not remove the skin. Cut the kiwifruit into slices. Juice the blackberries with the melon and kiwifruit.
Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the apple juice and a couple of ice cubes and process briefly.
Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with a few blackberries and serve immediately.
