A low-fat diet is more effective than keto, study finds

A study led by scientist Kevin Hall at the National Institutes of Health examined the effects of the keto diet vs. a low-fat, plant-based diet.

Out of a group of 20 people, half followed the keto diet and half followed the high carb, low-fat, plant-based diet for two weeks.
