Scientists say eating these foods could help reduce your risk of a stroke

According to a study published this week in the European Health Journal, certain kinds of food can help reduce your risk of having a stroke.

During the study, researchers followed over 400,000 Europeans over a period of 12 years to determine how their diets impacted their stroke risk.

And there's good news and bad. While one food type significantly cut the risk, another common item increased it.
