A 'human doll' influencer spends her days managing the world's most modified people from her home in Los Angeles.

Marcela Iglesias started the Plastics of Hollywood three years ago, wanting to tell the stories behind her client's extreme looks.

She told Barcroft TV: "The human doll look for me is the best version of myself, when I see myself in the mirror I'm content with what I see."
