When this cat realises he's finally been adopted, he reacts in the most beautiful way

Honeycake the cat had a pretty rough start to his life, having been thrown out of a moving car.

Luckily someone came to his aid and took him to a local cat shelter.

Unluckily for Honeycake, the shelter had a deadline on exterminating animals if they weren't re-homed in a certain space of time.

When Michigan Cat Rescue, a no-kill rescue group, heard of the cat's plight they rushed to the shelter and pulled him out so he could have a second chance at life.

Since then, Honeycake has been waiting for someone to give him a loving home. And when that moment arrived, his reaction was priceless.
