Four Britons risk missing out of £1m each as the clock ticks down on a lottery collection window.

They all came up winners for the Euromillions UK Millionaire Maker draw on July 19 and have until mid-January next year to grab their winnings.

Each lucky gambler is letting £1 million go begging because they've yet to step forward and claim their big-money prizes.

If they don't surface with a valid ticket then the jackpot will be placed into the National Lottery charity coffers.

They all matched a code for the UK Millionaire Maker in the Friday-night draw.

The tickets were purchased in Harrow, Southwark in London, Northampton and Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Staffordshire.

The tickets form part of a total of £15.9 million of unclaimed cash – with £2 million of EuroMillions jackpots set to be lost on 28 August unless the two winners are found.

It comes after the Sun reported that one Oxfordshire winner had just days left before missing out on £1 million after buying a winning ticket for the January 29 draw.

Their UK Millionaire Maker raffle winning number is XHRG26506.

A few years ago one lottery winner painfully missed out on pocketing £63.8m after missing the deadline in June 2012.

The last draw was on August 2, the winning numbers were 33, 44, 13, 22, 50 and the lucky stars were 05, 02.

The Millionaire Maker code was XXSW80727 - creating one UK millionaire.
