Gifted 5ft 6in student leaps over 6ft 1in lifeguard and into swimming pool

This incredible footage emerged from New York City over the weekend showing five-foot-six-inch student Ryan Tchoungoua soaring over a 6ft1 lifeguard and into a swimming pool in City Hall Park, New York City.

Tchoungoua takes a short run-up before impressively launching himself over the tall pool attendant without the need for anything like a diving board.

After being featured by ESPN's Sport Center, the clip has now been viewed almost two million times on Twitter.
