Woman's 'gap year' at 53 proves a point

A divorced estate agent who quit her £75k a year job to go on a "middle aged gap year" at 53 is proving that you are never too old to go travelling.

With her marriage ending on top of heartbreaking news that she was unlikely to ever become a mum after two failed IVF attempts, Tina Williams' life was very different to the one she had mapped out for herself.

After attending a life-changing seminar, Tina, from Crawley, West Sussex, took herself backpacking to Australia, Bali and New Zealand.
