Hilarious moment pug refuses to wake - despite a toddler tugging on his tongue

This is the hilarious moment a pug refuses to wake up - despite a toddler yanking on his floppy tongue.

Video footage shows nine-month-old Dylan crawling over to the exhausted pooch who is enjoying a post-walk nap.

The toddler can be seen tapping on nine-year-old Rocky's tongue before tugging on it.

Seconds later, older brother Douglas, two, joins in with the flicking and slapping while the pug appears dead to the world.

Mum-of-two Naomi Clingo, 32, who filmed the clip at their home in Bradford said: "I got my phone out and texted my husband 'I think the dog's broken'."

"He's been sleeping with his tongue out for years but this is the first time the boys have played with it."

"They just seemed so fascinated by it. I'm just amazed he didn't wake up."
