YouTube supermum batch cooks money-saving meals

A mum-of-two has become an internet sensation as a result of her YouTube videos demonstrating her incredible money-saving meal hacks.

Suzanne Mulholland, also known as 'The Batch Lady', can prepare meals for up to 40 people in just a single hour.

Her unusual method of cooking, making food in large batches that she can freeze and serve at a later date, came about as a result of her busy lifestyle.

What started with her sharing cooking tips with fellow mums at the school gates has now snowballed into a YouTube channel with 60,000 followers.
