How to make fried mac 'n' cheese balls
Ingredients
28 grams butter
28 grams flour
170 grams of cream
Salt
225 grams macaroni and cheese (already made)
113 grams of flour
1 egg
225 grams Panko
Oil
Directions
In a pot, melt butter.
Add in flour.
Stir, stir, stir!
Slowly pour in cream.
Add a dash of salt and macaroni mixture.
Mix and refrigerate.
Ball mixture.
Coat in flour, egg and Panko.
Fry in oil.
Brown evenly until golden.
Remove and drain.
Enjoy!
