Is this the world's spiciest fish and chips?

An award-winning chippy in York has designed a dish that is so spicy, you have to sign a waiver form to try it.

It contains 10 different spicy ingredients that are not for the faint-hearted, including chillies, paprika, Cayenne pepper, buffalo hot sauce and hot chilli powder.
