Ingredients:
Eggs
Water
Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Carefully drop eggs into a pot of boiling water. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. Cook 6 minutes for soft, 8 minutes for medium and 10 minutes for hard boiled. Once reached the desired softness, take them out and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

For peeling:
Roll the egg on a surface till evenly cracked all around. Will peel easily.
Alternatively, crack an egg on the thicker end and put the spoon inside, gently roll the spoon under the shell till you get it all off.
