NBC News Correspondent Keir Simmons couldn't keep from weighing in. "As a father of twins, I'm going to go out on a limb here, guys," he said during a report from London. "I'm saying it's twins."

Research shows that women over 35 have a slightly higher chance of having twins. The duchess is 37.
