Brazilian women's prison crowns beauty contest winner

Veronica Verone, 25, has won the Miss Talavera Bruce 2018 beauty contest.

But this is a pageant with a difference - all of the contestants are prison inmates.

Talavera Bruce Penitentiary in Rio de Janeiro hosts the event annually in a bid to help prisoners' self-esteem and reduce idleness.
