Company pays employees to get a good night's sleep

There's an increasing awareness of the importance of sleep for health and wellbeing, so it's not surprising that some employers are getting interested in the subject.

But we doubt any have gone as far as Japanese wedding planning firm Crazy Inc, which equips staff with sleep trackers and monitors their shut-eye with an app.

Those who regularly get more than six hours per night are then rewarded with credit to spend on food in the company canteen.
