Watch: 76-year-old gets tattoo of wife on his chest

After more than five decades of marriage, Arthur Burch decided it was safe enough to permanently get inked with a picture of his sweetheart, Patti.

​The couple tied the knot on December, 21 1956.

While its typically custom to exchange emeralds or diamonds as gifts on a 59th wedding anniversary, Arthur opted for a tattoo.

So he hit up his favorite artist in Dothan, Alabama. The portrait of her was printed above his heart. All together now: Aaaah. How romantic.
