They are also a good source of vitamin A, E and Selenium which help to protect against heart disease and other ailments. This recipe also includes soya milk which is a good source of protein.

Take 125g of cantaloupe melon, half a mango, 4 dried apricots and 100 ml of soya milk and blend all the ingredients until smooth.
