TikTok is calling these $28 Avia sneakers 'Hoka dupes' — grab them before they sell out
Celebs and athletes (and our editors!) alike love Hokas — they're renowned for their stability, comfort and iconic chunky, cloud-like sole. A pair will also run you well over $100, with some even crossing the over-$200 benchmark. Despite that steep price tag, they're still obscenely popular — and as a result, colors sell out fast. Luckily, savvy TikTokers recently spotted a lookalike pair at Walmart, and here's the kicker: It's just $28.
The Avia Women's Hightail Athletic Sneakers have amassed an army of fans not only for their resemblance to the cult fave sneakers, but also because they're pretty incredible in their own right. A thick sole offers unparalleled comfort, while the molded EVA insoles provide arch support while cradling your foot. They're durable and offer traction, too, so they're great for those that need to be on their feet, like restaurant workers, teachers and nurses. You can even work out in them.
While the sneakers fluctuate in price, they're currently in stock for $28 in a selection of colors and sizes. They do routinely sell out, though, so make sure you don't miss out on grabbing a pair for yourself. When something goes viral on social media, it tends to sell out quickly!
