The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting Saturday night that injured two teenagers at a home northwest of Slaton.

Sheriff's investigators are still searching for the suspected shooter described as an average-height white man about 18-20 years old driving a newer model silver in color Ford F250 with blue lights, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Lubbock sheriff's deputies responding to a shots fired call about 11:55 p.m. at a home in the 7700 block of East Woodrow Road found two people - 18-year-old Azariah Aguirre and a 16 year old boy - suffering gunshot wounds.

Sheriff's officials say the shooting appears to be an isolated event.

"There is no known danger to the public at this time," the release states.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office at 806-775-1414 and ask for Investigator Fielding.
