Woman comically falls face-first in mud

A woman out hiking with her friends in Coalpit Heath, Gloucestershire, fell awkwardly after getting her foot stuck in some mud.

She attempts to pull her foot out of the mud but loses her balance and ends up falling forward and landing face first.

Her friends can't help but laugh.
