Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a proud girl dad.

On Friday, the 49-year-old actor posted a sweet moment with his daughters Jasmine, 5, and Tiana, 3, whom he shares with wife Lauren Hashian. In the caption, he shared how his young kids made his Father's Day special this year.

"These lil tornados of mayhem & love have nooooo idea how much they made my Father’s Day," he wrote. "I came downstairs to make them breakfast and they had these surprise drawings waiting for me on the counter."

He further reflected on going "down this road of life."

"I realize more and more just how much these moments of caring & kind matters," the Hobbs and Shaw star said. "Makes my T-Rex heart so full knowing that this comes naturally to my baby girls. Characteristics that’ll take them very far in life."

He concluded, "And Jazzy’s little 'I got you daddy' arm around my back just kills me. And of course it took all of 28 seconds before they were shouting LETS EAT FRENCH TOAST!!! Which you can see here on the counter."

Fans flooded the comments with emojis and words of positivity.

"Family is everything," a fan wrote.

"So beautiful," a commenter said.

"Even the great one, The Rock needs 2 rocks to hold him together. Those two are Daddy’s anchors of strength!! The reasons to continue the grind!!" Someone praised.

The father of three regularly shares photos of parenting moments with his toddlers (he is also the father of 19-year-old Simone Alexandra, whom he shares with ex-wife Dany Garcia).

Johnson has also been open in interviews about parenting and in 2019 he told Extra that he loves being the only man in the house.

“It’s just the best thing … I have a house full of just strong, badass women. It’s terrifying, but it’s awesome,” he said. “I grew up an only child. My dad was tough. He kicked my ass, so there was a lot of testosterone growing up. So there is this balance — having all this estrogenic energy — then also me having the opportunity to infuse ‘father’ and hopefully setting a standard of what a man should be in their lives.”
