Doorway pull-up bar gives way as man attempts workout

A man using a doorway pull-up bar to exercise at home ended up in a heap on the floor when it suddenly gave way.

The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province in China, shows a man named Chen working out in his home.

However, the pull-up bar suddenly falls off, throwing Chen to the ground.

Fortunately, Chen landed on a pillow on the floor that cushioned his fall.
