Air fryers are one of the most unexpected star buys of 2022, with 40% of UK adults now using one. The only problem? Trying to find one in stock.

But, there are some affordable gems still to be had. We've scoured the high street to find top-rated versions that are available to add to your basket ASAP.

We're all after additional savings this January, so we've found a handful of highly recommended air fryers that are currently seeing savings of up to £90.

So, what's all the air fryer fuss about? Well, they're space- and cost-efficient. Some brands have completed energy tests against convection and fan ovens with impressive results, such as the Daewoo's Halogen Air Fryer (now reduced to just £44.99) claiming to to be up to 73% cheaper to run.

It largely boils down to timing. Air fryers heat up in around two minutes, with homemade chips cooked to perfection in 15 minutes and most meals cooked in under 30.

Therefore, speedy cooking not only means quicker and easier meals (with less washing up), but also using less energy.
