Katie Price defends trip to Turkey for cosmetic surgery as a business trip

Katie Price has claimed that travelling to Turkey to undergo a liposuction operation counts as business trip.

The 42-year-old mother-of-five and her fiance Carl Woods left the UK this week to fly to the cosmetic surgery clinic - and will film the procedure for her reality TV show Katie Price: My Crazy Life.

Turkey is currently on the government's Red List of countries, due to the coronavirus pandemic, meaning British residents are advised not to travel there "except in the most extreme of circumstances", and must quarantine in a hotel for 10 days on their return.
