Clarkson stunned as contestant stumped by £100 question

Viewers of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? were left stunned when a contestant used a lifeline on his very first question.

During Saturday night’s episode, Connor Kim was asked who found fame in the Rolling Stones.

He knew the answer wasn’t Keith Urban or Keith Lemon but couldn't decide whether to go with Keith Chegwin or Keith Richards.

Jeremy Clarkson was visibly amused whie members of the production crew could also be heard sniggering in the background.

“I can hear the crew laughing. I can tell you I don’t think this is really breaking with the rules too much, one of those is hilariously wrong,” said Clarkson.

Mr Kim replied: “God, I’m going to look like an idiot on TV.”

Clarkson responded: “No, no you already are doing!”

After using his first lifeline, the contestant went on to do incredibly well, leaving with £125,000.
