Sharon Osbourne has locked horns with Amanda Holden in her latest celebrity feud.

After the Britain's Got Talent judge spoke out criticising Osbourne and Louis Walsh's behaviour in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Osbourne has hit back warning Holden has "picked on the wrong ugly stepsister."

She was responding to Holden's interview with the Daily Mail in which she called the former X Factor judges "bitter and pathetic" for their comments about their former boss on the TV talent show Simon Cowell. Holden said: "It was like Cinderella with her two sisters in the background - just stabby, stabby, stabby."

The 53-year-old Heart Breakfast radio presenter is no stranger to celebrity feuds after she became very publicly embroiled in a spat with Phillip Schofield in 2019. But former music manager Osbourne, 71, has much more experience to sharing bad blood with other stars. Here are some of her biggest celebrity feuds.

Simon Cowell

Cowell invited Osbourne to be a judge on the very first series of his TV talent show The X Factor. They worked on seven series together, as well as on America's Got Talent between 2007 and 2012. But Osbourne was furious when she missed out on working on the first season of The Masked Singer in the US in 2019 for which she blames Cowell.

Osbourne said on US show The Talk: "I turned down the show Masked Singer. I was signed on to do another show at the time. I was signed to go to England and then Simon changed his mind and thought I was too old." She later said they had never been friends, just co-workers, and that she would never talk to him again. Osbourne told OK magazine: "No, he’s never been a friend. I thank him for giving me opportunities. I did well by him and he did well by me. But he’s never been a buddy. Would I ring him for a chat? No, never."

During her time in the Big Brother house Osbourne admitted she was still "f***ing mad" with Cowell over her missing out on The Masked Singer and criticised his dress sense. She said: "Somebody that dresses the same for probably three decades you would say, they don’t see that it’s not right, nobody’s going to tell him, but everything is the same, the same, the same."

Dannii Minogue

When Dannii Minogue worked with Osbourne as a judge on The X Factor it was well known that they did not get on. Cowell, Osbourne and Walsh were the only judges on the show for the first three series, with Minogue joining in 2007.

Minogue admitted in a TV interview in 2019: "She didn’t like me, she made it very clear.” And in her autobiography she claimed that Osbourne had to be removed from her dressing room just 20 minutes before going on air after a confrontation. Minogue wrote: "Sharon seemed convinced that I was telling various magazines that I was younger and prettier than she was."

Osbourne has called working with Minogue "'unbearable', intolerable "and "an odious chore." And in her own memoir she claimed: "Outwardly, Dannii seemed all, 'Ooh, I love kids and puppies'. But in my opinion she was dark, very dark. What you saw was definitely not what you got."

Louis Walsh

Osbourne and Walsh were thick as thieves in the Celebrity Big Brother house. But they have had their own feud. Walsh admitted that at first Osbourne "didn't like me at all" because he had criticised her daughter Kelly Osbourne, saying she couldn't sing.

But over their time working together on The X Factor they got closer. Walsh said: "We just got to know each other. We know where to go and where not to go. We also have dinner a lot."

Bruce Dickinson learned the hard way why you should not get on the wrong side of Sharon Osbourne. When Iron Maiden toured with Ozzfest in 2005 he upset Sharon by allegedly saying "bad things" about her husband Ozzy Osbourne on stage every night. So on the final night of the tour in California, she cut the power during his set and led a group of people in the crowd who pelted him with eggs.

She said: "He’s a f**king asshole... if you’re being paid to do a gig, but you don’t like the person, then f**k off. He’s never apologised, he never even went up and said hello to Ozzy. The thing about him is that he is just so jealous."

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne both hit back at Kanye after he used a sample of Black Sabbath song War Pigs on his album Vultures, despite being refused permission. Sharon said: "Kanye f**ked with the wrong Jew this time." And Ozzy said on social media: "Kanye was refused permission because he is an anti-Semite and has caused untold heartache to many. I want no association with this man."
