Victoria shot in deadly siege?
It’s all about to escalate very quickly and dramatically where Wendy’s ex-partner Russ is concerned. As it turns out, he’s on the run because he shot a police officer during an armed robbery at a jewellery store. And while Wendy now realises that Russ is more dangerous than she’d ever imagined, even she isn’t prepared for what happens next.
What we’ll see is Wendy, compelled by her guilty conscience, telling Victoria at the Hide that the last thing she should be doing is giving Russ any money, as he’s actually blackmailing her with a secret that could ruin her life.

But before Wendy can divulge what the secret actually is, in walks Russ with a sawn-off shotgun that, up until this point, he’s had stashed in the boot of his car. He’s angry because the money hasn’t come through, but Vic is disgusted that he was willing to extort cash from Wendy in order to fleece his own grandson.
Russ, though, means business and takes Victoria and Wendy’s phones away from them before securing the door to the Hide. Terrified at having a gun pointed at them, the two hostages are left quaking as Russ demands that Victoria transfer the money over to him
But as armed police arrive on the scene, the situation escalates into a full-blown siege. And while waiting outside the Hide itself, we’ll witness Jacob, Dan and Bob thrown into a panic when a shot rings out…
