Next week on 'Emmerdale': Liv assaulted by Noah? Plus Meena targets Victoria (spoilers)
Liv’s memory loss leads to an accusation being made against Noah, plus Meena targets Victoria, and Sarah is keeping secrets.
It’s your Emmerdale spoiler news for 23-27 August 2021.
Has Noah raped Liv?
Alcoholic Liv is being watched over by Laurel who, in the past, has herself battled with the booze. But Laurel’s surveillance doesn’t deter Liv from reaching again for a can of lager, only this time the consequences are worse than they’ve ever been before.
Liv will be seen waking with bruises on her arm and no idea of what happened the night before. Struggling with disorientating flashbacks, Liv eventually realises that it was Noah who she was struggling with the previous evening. And when Liv mentions this to Gabby, she’s left uneasy having had run-ins with him herself.

As Gabby voices her concerns that they could be dealing with the aftermath of rape, Aaron walks in on the conversation and storms over to confront Noah. But Liv now feels burdened by the decision she now faces and weighs up whether she should be heading to the police station.
Sarah arranges a secret meet-up
Sarah has been left crestfallen after meeting with her donor’s sister and decides to confide in Lydia. But there’s a fresh surprise for Sarah when Chloe turns up in a more conciliatory mood and tells Sarah that when she’s ready to hear more about her late sister Gemma, she’ll be there for her.
As Sarah says that she’s ready now, Chloe shows her a photo and then, later, offers up a diamond bracelet. Sarah is pleased to have made this connection, but what she isn’t aware of is the presence of Noah, who’s watching on covertly, upset that he’s been lied to. And, pretty soon, he’s catching Sarah in a further fib about what she’s been up to.
Meena has plans for Victoria
Just when David and Victoria are getting over their awkwardness, we have sinister Meena appearing and inviting Vic to hang out with her. Actually, it’s more like Victoria being pressganged into ‘enjoying’ a girls’ night out.
Meena promises David that she’ll take excellent care of Victoria as they head off together – and there’s a definite note of foreboding about her words. But will Vic be able to extricate herself or is Meena set to be difficult to shake off?
Wendy is bullied by her ex-husband
Wendy’s abusive ex-husband Russ has turned up and it turns out he’s a man who ought not to be messed with. For starters, he’s got a criminal past, and then there’s the fact that his mother has left her money to Victoria’s baby Harry in her will. His covert demand now is non-negotiable: Wendy must get his inheritance back and he’s going nowhere until she does.
Poor Wendy feels coerced into accepting Russ’s terms and it isn’t long before she’s having to make the best of his presence in the village. At the playground, Russ makes a big show of playing the doting granddad, while also laying it on thick about how hard-up he is. But will Victoria fall for his charm offensive?
