John Barrowman's 'Dancing On Ice' future too 'premature' to call
John Barrowman's future at Dancing On Ice is still in question as ITV has said it is too early to discuss who will star in the next series of the show.
Actor Barrowman had been a popular addition to the ice panel of judges, but many viewers are questioning whether his role on the show now hangs in the balance after allegations about his behaviour on the sets of Doctor Who and Torchwood.

Rumours have been swirling that Barrowman would be dropped from the celebrity skating contest, but now an ITV spokesperson has told Radio Times: "Any discussions regarding the 2022 series of Dancing On Ice are very premature. Production has yet to commence."
In the wake of sexual harassment allegations against Noel Clarke earlier this year, a clip resurfaced of the actor who starred alongside Barrowman in Doctor Who claiming that Barrowman would expose himself on set.
The former I'm A Celebrity contestant has since told The Guardian that it was "high-spirited behaviour" meant to "entertain" his co-stars.
He added: “With the benefit of hindsight, I understand that upset may have been caused by my exuberant behaviour and I have apologised for this previously. Since my apology in November 2008, my understanding and behaviour have also changed.”
MP Alec Shelbrooke recently called for Barrowman to step down from Dancing On Ice, telling The Sun on Sunday: “Inappropriate behaviour like this is not acceptable no matter what the circumstances. ITV and the BBC have a responsibility with the standards they set.
“Dancing On Ice is a family show and ITV shouldn’t be willing to indulge this behaviour in any way. It’s incumbent on broadcasters to show they are not condoning such behaviour in any way.”

Barrowman has already been dropped from various Doctor Who and Torchwood spin-off projects where he played Captain Jack Harkness, including a recorded clip for interactive adventure Doctor Who: Time Fracture and audio story Torchwood: Absent Friends.
In the latest series of Dancing On Ice, Barrowman sat on the judging panel alongside Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.
