What did you miss?
Dragons' Den viewers were blown away by Gary Neville's performance in the den.
Guest dragon Neville joined forces with long-time dragons Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Sara Davies, Steven Bartlett and Touker Suleyman. He may be better known for his football but Neville is also a businessman and his wealth of experience secured him a hot seat in the den.
As the first ever guest dragon, Neville impressed fans so much they called for him to be made a permanent sixth dragon. In the sea of comments, one person wrote: "A little bit weary about Gary Neville was excellent on Dragons' Den last night and he said: "Being nice" give him a job full-time on the show."
Of joining Dragons' Den, Neville said: "I’m absolutely delighted to join the Dragons’ Den, even if it’s only for a very short period on an interim contract. I’m used to being an interim coach. I’m going to bring character, personality, drive, determination, hard work, all the things you’d want in a team player."
What, how and why?
In the episode, Neville showed a great interest in people's businesses and made three offers. He come away with two deals, both shared with other dragons. One of the agreed deals included John and Sian's Cosy Cinema business where people can watch streaming services in private with a bed, which Peter Jones joked was like a "love pod".
For three hours, cinema-goers could rent the pod for £55 or they could enjoy an overnight stay for £162. Neville and Suleyman agreed a deal with the potential of exploring adapting the pods to become affordable housing projects.
As well as the deals, Neville also made a promise to football fanatic Billy Childs who sold boots used by former players. While Childs was unsuccessful in securing a deal, Neville offered to see him again so they could discuss auctioning some of his high-profile friends' memorabilia - instead of them going to an auction house.
Social media was awash with praise for Neville as a dragon. "Dragons' Den, one of the best yet and Gary Neville is ace!" Another added. "Gary Neville can't stop investing at Dragons' Den."
"Respect to Gary Neville on tonight's Dragons' Den." Others shared their thoughts on Neville. "Gary Neville needs to be a permanent dragon! Dragons' Den."
"Gary Neville showing more imagination, empathy and innovation skills in one episode than the rest of the 'dragons' put together have done over many years. Brilliant. Dragons' Den."
"Gary Neville is a fantastic dragon. I hope we see more of him."
"Love Gary Neville's input on Dragons' Den. Definitely mixing it up a bit!"
"That was the best Dragons' Den I've seen on every level. Please make Gary Neville a permanent fixture. He worked so brilliantly alongside the other five. Brilliant TV."
"Well, Gary Neville was the star of the episode."
What else happened on Dragons' Den?
A Dragons' Den contestant made history on the show when she got the backing of all six dragons after they were impressed with her business skills and personal story. Mum Gisele, 31, had revealed she had been working in advertising before getting pregnant and had no love for it. However, she decided to come up with her own business idea to help others and it become a huge passion of hers.
The entrepreneur had asked for £50,000 from the dragons for a 10 percent stake in her business Acu Seeds. Her business sold the needle-free ear acupuncture treatment that you can do yourself at home promise to help with anxiety, hormonal issues and weight loss. Deborah Meaden was left speechless by her pitch and had no questions to ask her - which is very unlike the dragon who is into details.
