Frankie Bridge covered in rotten fruit and veg on I'm a Celebrity

Frankie Bridge endured a disgusting shower in Tuesday's episode of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, where she is covered in blended rotten fruit and vegetables.

The clip from the episode shows Saturdays singer Bridge trying to complete a nightmarish quiz as she is spun 360 degrees in a cage while being doused in the disgusting concoction.

Hosts Ant and Dec ask Bridge to spell "dauphinoise", but the stench of the rotting food and being turned upside down put her off as she continually gets it wrong.

Bridge was hoping to win meals for her campmates, with nine celebrities remaining in the castle for dinner.

Last night saw Paralympian Kadeena Cox becoming the second contestant voted out of this series, despite having selflessly put herself forward to take on a bushtucker trial earlier in the episode.

She had volunteered to accompany Louise Minchin after a row broke out between David Ginola and Naughty Boy about who should do the trial, and together they won all 10 stars.

On leaving, she said of her arguments with Naughty Boy over the cooking: "Never have two chefs in one kitchen. It was a challenging situation."

Adding that "we'll be really good friends out of this situation," she explained that her eating disorder and life as an athlete meant that she liked to be much more organised in the kitchen than the music producer.

She said: "He's very chilled and laid back. I'm an athlete, I'm very regimented, I've also got an eating disorder so I'm always trying to portion and control."

In tonight's episode, another public vote will decide who the third campmate to leave the castle will be.

Dame Arlene Phillips was first out on Sunday, and Richard Madeley had previously left camp after a hospital visit meant he had broken the Covid bubble.
