The Duchess of Cambridge is, and quite frankly, always will be one of our go-to style inspirations.

Whether she's wearing a casual pair of jeans, a jumper and boots, or an elegant printed dress, we find ourselves wanting each and every look in our own wardrobes.

Earlier this year, Kate Middleton made a case for a twist on the classic shirt and jumper combo, as she opted for a ruffle collar blouse underneath a crew neck.

To celebrate her 10-year wedding anniversary with husband Prince William back in April, the couple shared a short video of themselves with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

In the video, the 39-year-old royal was seen wearing a burgundy crew-neck sweater with a frilled-collar blouse underneath, a style the duchess has become particularly fond of in recent months.

For the announcement of her Hold Still photography book back in March the royal also wore a very similar ensemble, as well as in the family's 2020 Christmas card photo

Now, the 'Kate jumper' style has hit numerous high street stores, including Boden, Oasis and Marks and Spencer.

Two particular looks, which are very similar to the duchess' ensemble, are now on sale at Boden: the Holly Jersey Sweatshirt and the Lauderdale Cotton Frill Jumper.

Boden is one of the duchess' favourite retailers, as she has previously worn several items from the brand including the Abercorn Scallop Cardigan, which has recently been reduced to £30 in the sale and has almost sold out.

The Holly Jersey Sweatshirt and Lauderdale Cotton Frill Jumper take the stress out of styling as the layering has already been done for you - the shirt is fitted to the sweater.

The Holly Jersey Sweatshirt has a frilly neckline and cuffs peeking out of the semi-fitted jersey. The cotton design has a round neck and long sleeves.

It comes in five colours, and is available in UK dress sizes extra small to extra large. It's now been reduced from £65 to a very affordable £26.

The Lauderdale Cotton Frill Jumper is a very similar style. It's a lightweight jumper, made from a cotton, polyamide, and elastane blend.

This jumper has an embroidered detail collar and cuff, long sleeves, and woven trim detail at the neck, cuff and hem. Plus, it has a back button opening.

It's available in four colours, and ranges from a UK dress size 6 to 22, although sizes are selling out fast now it's been reduced from £85 to £59.50.
