Devastating news for Paul

Paul, meanwhile, visits his speech therapist and reveals that he’s been suffering with coughing fits. She then insists that Paul see the MND nurse, who breaks the awful news that he has just six to 12 months left to live.
Fears that Peter is drinking again
Carla returns from a fruitless business trip in Spain, but further worries are heaped onto her shoulders by Ken, who confides his worry that Peter is drinking again. And when they take a look round the flat, Carla is left concerned when she discovers that a bottle of whisky she bought is missing.
Later in the week, Peter tries to offer words of reassurance and tells Carla that he’s happy to attend his alcoholics’ meeting alone as she’s run off her feet at the factory. But a guilty Carla ends up rushing home and telling a touched Peter that she’s coming to his meeting as there are more important things in life than work.
Will the factory go under?
With Stephen’s cash unrecovered, Sarah and Carla realise that there’s no way to pay the workforce, unless a client order can be dispatched the following day and paid for on delivery. If they fail, Underworld is out of business. But Carla lies to the staff and tells them the bank has traced the stolen money and that they’ll all be paid by the end of the day.
However, when Carla’s lie is uncovered, everyone downs tools and decides not to carry on with the order. Carla and Sarah then plead with them to reconsider, highlighting that if the order isn’t processed, the factory will close. But will the workers reconsider?
Ryan reunites with Crystal
Ryan gets a boost when he gets a message from Crystal telling him that she’s viewed his live stream and now owes him an apology, which she’d like to offer over a drink.
Following this exchange, Ryan reveals that he’s seeing Crystal again later. Carla warns him that she’s nothing but trouble, however Peter feels that this reunion might stop Ryan from interfering in Daisy and Daniel’s relationship.
Peer pressure for Dylan
The sight of the boarded-up pub gives Dylan an idea, with Monday’s episode seeing him, Mason, Leyla and Conch breaking into the Rovers and planning a party.
Mason bets Conch £20 that Dylan will cop off with Leyla – a wager that leaves Dylan feeling embarrassed. But after a few drinks, the jukebox gets turned on and Dylan and Leyla end up kissing before she suggests they go upstairs. George and Sean, meanwhile, hear music coming from the pub – but will they decide to find out what’s going on?
Joseph is rushed to A&E
Joseph is seen complaining of a headache, but while Chesney gives him short shrift, Gemma agrees to keep him off school. And as her worries grow that it could be more serious, she ends up taking him to hospital.
By Friday, Joseph is still saying that his head his hurting but Chesney is adamant: he’ll be going to school. Ches is then left furious when, against his advice, Gemma subsequently leaves the quads with Abi and once again takes the youngster to A&E. What will the diagnosis of the doctor be?
