Britney Spears has criticised the paparazzi for distorting images of her body.
The singer — who has been in the headlines in recent weeks because of her conservatorship battle — is on holiday in Maui with her boyfriend Sam Asghari and said she’s struggling to enjoy herself because the paps are constantly pursuing her.
Ranting about the situation on Instagram, she said photographers “distort my body and mess with the image”, and that it was just “embarrassing”.
She wrote: “So being here in Maui is pretty crazy now… the paps know where I am and it’s really not fun!!!!
“It’s pretty hard going anywhere cause these silly faces keep popping up to take my picture… but not only do they take my picture… they distort my body and mess with the image and it’s embarrassing!!!!"
“I know my body is not perfect but I definitely do NOT look like how they portray me," added the star.
"It’s rude and it’s mean so paps kindly F*** YOU AND F*** OFF.”
Spears, 39, also shared a video that showed her walking down the beach in a red bikini while Lily Allen’s song ‘F*** You’ played in the background.
The caption said: “If you are a pap, an or ANYONE in my space, DON'T TALK TO ME WHILE I'M TEXTING. IT'S RUDE.
“This is my body!!
"So stop messing with my pics and editing them to the point where it's embarrassing!!!!"
The Toxic singer also shared a clip of a huge crowd of people singing her song Oops I Did It Again at a Pride parade.
"THIS IS WHAT FANS & PAPS SHOULD BE DOING INSTEAD!!!" she wrote.
