'Bachelorette' Katie Thurston kicks contestant to the curb: 'Your "Bachelor" audition ends tonight'

On The Bachelorette Monday night, Katie Thurston continued to clean house after finding out contestant Thomas Jacobs was there for the wrong reasons, and did it in the most awesome way by letting him believe he was actually going to get the final rose.

After Thomas got on everyone's bad side in the house and, ultimately, admitted that the thought of him getting to be the next Bachelor had crossed his mind, multiple men went to Katie warning her of Thomas's ulterior motives. However, prior to Monday, Thomas had been a master manipulator when it came to convincing Katie they had a real connection. Fortunately, Katie eventually saw through his lies and saw him for the red flag that he was.

When it came to the final rose of the night during the rose ceremony, Katie called Thomas's name, which had multiple men wide-eyed with jaws dropped.

"What is going on? My jaw was on the floor," said Justin. "Like, is this actually happening?"

"Seriously? I am literally in a state of shock at this point. Maybe this guy is a little bit better at manipulation than I thought he was," voiced Tre.

At that moment, however, just as Thomas got within one foot from Katie, the Bachelorette took one step back. "You told me things I wanted to hear, but what I learned about you tonight is you're selfish, unkind, and a liar," Katie told Thomas. "Your Bachelor audition ends tonight. So get out."

Bachelor Nation immediately took to social media, amazed over the awesome, savage moment, saying it was "the most savage Bachelorette moment" since the time Hannah Brown moved the podium away from Luke P.

Of kicking Thomas out of the house, Katie later stated, "Thomas betrayed my trust. He manipulated my emotions. You don't get to use me as your stepping stone to whatever your goal is. Not here, not today, not tonight, not ever."

However, just because Thomas is officially gone doesn't mean the drama is over. This is the Bachelorette, after all.

During Monday night's episode, co-host and former Bachelorette star Tayshia Adams revealed to Katie that Blake Moynes, who vied for Tayshia's heart last season, has been secretly pining for Katie and is eager to enter the competition as this season's late addition. Katie took some time to think it over and, ultimately, gave him the green light. So if the men think it's smooth sailing here on out, they're in for a rude awakening.

The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
