The week gets off to a good start telly-wise with a few new dramas to get stuck into.

ITV has a new series of Innocent launching this evening airing all four episode on consecutive nights.

But for those looking for something a bit more out-of-this-world, Sky Atlantic is hosting the UK debut of sci-fi drama The Nevers.

Elsewhere, The Pact begins on BBC One while Inside No 9 has another story to tell.

This new BBC Cymru Wales drama sees a group of friends forced to enter into a pact of silence when the boss at the Welsh brewery they work at winds up dead.

Former Corrie star Julie Hesmondhalgh plays opposite Laura Fraser, Heledd Gwynn and Eiry Thomas. Eddie Marsan also stars as retired brewery boss Arwel.

Inside No 9 - 9.30pm - BBC Two

Tonight's tale from Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton puts the spotlight on over-zealous fandom.

Fantasy series The Ninth Circle had a poorly-received season seven finale, so obsessive fan Simon Smethurst pays a visit to show runner Spencer Maguire as he doesn't think that's the end of the matter.

The second season of Innocent kicks off tonight as Katherine Kelly plays a teacher found not guilty of killing 16-year-old Matthew Taylor five years on from his death.

As she attempts to rebuild her life, she's also determined to help the police find out who really did kill the boy.

Set in Victorian London, The Nevers is focused around a group - mainly made up of women - with extraordinary powers.

Two such women, played by Laura Donnelly and Ann Skelly, set about making a safe haven for those with the abilities who are known as the Touched.

The cast also features Eleanor Tomlinson, James Norton and Nick Frost.
